Inputting your User name and Password into WinWay

WinWay TradingExpert EOD Data Retrieval – IMPORTANT The end of day download through Interactive Data requires you enter the Login credentials from the e-mail from DATFEED into WinWay.

Once you receive the end of day user name and password follow the instructions below:

Launch Data Retrieval from the Main Menu
in Setup Options, select service Interactive Data and select setup
Enter the Login credentials provided by Interactive Data (you will be asked to confirm the Password), click OK
make sure the Network is set to Internet Lan

Once this is done select Data Retrieval Options and you are ready to update your End of Day data

Adding your user name and password into WinWay TradingExpert Pro RTalerts NOTE: This is the Username and password you initially received when you signed up for data. If you have already entered these credentials, please skip to number 3.

Open Alerts, from the Main Menu
Select File, Service Setup, Service
Select Setup adjacent to Interactive Data
Enter the user name and password provided in the welcome e-mail from IDC
Click OK. Click on File Exit- Open Alerts again and you should be connected to Interactive Data.

Before using your RTalerts please refer to the Upgrades and Features page for important information.

NOTE Only show data during defined market hours in the Real-time Setup is not required with IDC.

Setting up WinWay TradingExpert Pro Quotes

Open Quotes, from the Main Menu
to load a default Quote montage Select File, Open
Explore to your wintes32 folder and select sampleIDC.bcf

Click Open and the default montage will appear with data if you are connected to Interactive Data

Before using your Quotes please refer to the Upgrades and Features page for important information.

WinWay TradingExpert Pro Data Retrieval – IMPORTANT The end of day download through Interactive Data requires a separate Username and password. You will receive this information in an e-mail from DATAFEED.

Once you receive the end of day Login credentials, follow the instructions below:

Launch Data Retrieval from the Main Menu
in Setup Options, select service Interactive Data and select setup
Enter the Login credentials provided by Interactive Data (you will be asked to confirm the Password), click OK
make sure the Network is set to Internet Lan

Once this is done select Data Retrieval Options and you are ready to update your End of Day data
